2. Using our store
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products
KLAKK ONE is a toy blaster that fires soft-tip foam darts with a spring. It is intended for children aged 6 and up, with adult supervision. Safety goggles must be worn for head-to-head play. Never aim at the face or eyes, at people who are not playing, or at animals. Do not modify the darts or the spring.
KLAKK is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the LEGO Group. "Standard bricks" refers to commonly available building bricks.
Photos are as accurate as possible. Colors may vary slightly on screen.

4. Public places
In several countries, toys shaped like this are not allowed in public places. You are responsible for using KLAKK ONE only at home or on private property, and for following local laws.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include any discount shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping and returns

8. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell according to the law. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, or use against the safety instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Intellectual property
The KLAKK name, logo, images and texts on this site belong to MENDEL LLC and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Albuquerque. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
