You have 60 days from delivery to ask for a full refund. No forms, no fight. One email is enough.

How to return
1. Email us with your order number. Tell us what happened if you like, it helps us improve, but you don't have to.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the blaster back with its parts. It does not need to be in its original box or unused.
4. We refund you within 5 business days of receiving it, to your original payment method.

Return shipping
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty
If something arrives broken or stops working, email us a photo or a short video. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Bundles and add-ons
Bundle discounts apply to the whole pack. If you return part of a pack, we refund the price you paid for the items returned, based on the discounted price.

Exceptions
Gift cards are not refundable.

This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights. In the EU and UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.
