Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping, worldwide.
Every KLAKK order ships free, with tracking, to every country we deliver to. No minimum order.

When it leaves
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

When it arrives
Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. Remote areas can take a few days longer.

Customs and duties
For most countries, prices include everything. In some countries, local customs may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours at support@get-klakk.com and we will fix it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left, we cannot change the address.

Lost or late parcel
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, write to support@get-klakk.com. We will look into it with the carrier and reship or refund.

A note on carrying it outside
KLAKK ONE is a toy. In several countries, toys shaped like this are not allowed in public places. Play at home or in your own garden.
